The purpose of TEAM Lee’s Summit is to provide the best possible work environment for each Lee’s Summit R-7 employee. This is accomplished by providing open, ongoing, two-way communication regarding salary, benefits, and quality of work life issues for all Lee’s Summit R-7 employee groups. Toward that end, TEAM Lee’s Summit utilizes a yearly staff survey and regional school district comparison data to identify areas for improvement and then formulate recommendations on the following:
Providing a work environment that is caring, safe, equitable, and enriching.
- Providing a work environment that is caring, safe, equitable and enriching.
- Maintaining a quality, affordable benefit package that meets identified employee needs.
- Providing a fair, affordable, and competitive salary.
The TEAM’s recommendations shall be presented to the Superintendent of Schools for full consideration.
